Join us for relaxation and joy with our four-legged friends.

Birth to 5 - Fostering Emotional Intelligence

Toddlers and preschoolers feel big emotions long before they have the words for them, which often shows up as meltdowns, tantrums, or sudden shifts in mood. This session covers what emotional intelligence looks like at this age and gives parents practical strategies for helping young children name feelings, calm down, and build the skills that support them later in life.
